What we do for you:
When you become a client of SPFN, an evaluation questionnaire, is sent to you and must be answered and returned. Within this evaluation are questions that help SPFN to better analyze your current fitness level, lifestyle, and the extent of daily activity it involves. We do not use a cookie cutter approach to construct our Fitness & Nutrition packages. Each package is custom built to specifically fit the needs of every individual client. With the help of the questionnaire, SPFN can create a custom plan specifically for you.
Progressive Fitness & Nutritional Coaching:
Microcalibration is a very important process of what we do and why our Clients experience so much success with our packages. As we all know, no one human body works EXACTLY the same way and reacts EXACTLY the same way as another. Genetics and environmental factors can greatly alter your path to reaching your goal(s). The Progressive Fitness & Nutritional Coaching will compensate for these potential variations from Client to Client. Our Clients will have their progress watched and tweaks will be made where they need to be. The minimum amount of progressive coaching for nutrition packages is 5 weeks so that we know the diet is working well for our Client. The variation in weeks of coaching, based upon packages, is all explained in the packages link at the top of this website.
The interaction between SPFN and our Clients happen through e-mail. Response times will be very quick within hours of operation. Thanks to SPFNs Progressive Coaching, you will never have to wait days for answers or feel like you have been forgotten about.
